My Experience
Experience
II have led communications across international organisations, donor-funded programmes, and policy networks where complex policy and institutional work needs to be explained clearly without losing accuracy. My background spans financial inclusion, governance reform, media development, security sector reform, and public-interest work across Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Pacific.
My work has included collaboration with central banks, regulators, ministries, parliaments, public service media, and civil society across more than 20 countries.
Selected countries include Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Côte d’Ivoire, Ecuador, Egypt, Fiji, Guinea, Indonesia, Jordan, Kosovo, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Rwanda, Serbia, Tanzania, and the United States.

2025
Led communications and public engagement for OSF’s regional foundation in the Western Balkans.
- Directed regional communications and visibility across public-interest and EU-related issues.
- Supported narrative development, public positioning, and event communications.

Managed regional advocacy, visibility and event communications for an EU-funded programme strengthening cooperation and resilience of public service media in. the Western Balkans
- Led communications and visibility for regional advocacy and stakeholder engagement
- Supported high-level events, public-facing materials and programme messaging

Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI)
2017 – 2023
Oversaw global communications, media relations, and events for the world’s leading network of central banks and financial regulators, working across 85+ countries on financial inclusion policy.
- Grew AFI’s digital community from 11,000 to 55,000
- Directed major global forums and high-level events across Africa, Europe, the Pacific, and global policy platforms
- Led communications across AFI’s financial inclusion policy work, including digital financial services, consumer protection, gender, inclusive green finance, and donor engagement.
- Managed international media outreach, including Tier 1 coverage during the COVID period.
UNDP SEESAC
2015 – 2017
Ran regional communications for a UNDP initiative working across seven countries on small arms control and gender equality in the security sector.
- Unified fragmented digital communications into a stronger regional presence
- Led public-facing awareness campaigns across several countries
- Helped translate sensitive security and reform issues into accessible communication for wider audiences
USAID Separation of Powers Program
2011 – 2014
Led communications for a USAID-funded governance reform programme supporting judicial and legislative institutions during Serbia’s EU accession process.
- Oversaw communications, public outreach and media relations for the programme
- Supported the launch of websites for the Supreme Court, High Court Council and National Assembly
- Facilitated develop communication frameworks for courts and judicial institutions
- Contributed to public trust and confidence efforts in a complex reform setting
Earlier background
Earlier in my career, I worked in communications and media roles at the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade and Reuters. Those roles shaped my grounding in public communication, institutional messaging, media relations, and the discipline of making complex developments understandable to broader audiences.
